The Women’s Game: Going for Gold

Footwork Media was delighted to work with Men in Blazers and The Women’s Game on their Olympics coverage, following the US Women’s National Team in their quest for gold, and eventual success! We loved working with the whole Men in Blazers team, including presenter Sam Mewis and podcast guests such as Becky Sauerbrunn, Georgia Stanway, and Vivianne Miedema.

We produced interviews before the tournament and three thorough video podcasts previewing the group stages, before following the USWNT through their tournament, creating pregame and postgame content for each game. We loved covering the team in such a good moment, as they went on to win Olympic gold!

It was great to work with such a wonderful group of freelancers throughout the project, including on creating video content and social clips. We’re very grateful to the team that made it happen!
